For mechanical rotary seals, radial oscillation can disrupt the equilibrium point of the hydrostatic oil film and may also cause radial contact between the rotating and stationary rings of the mechanical rotary seal, resulting in wear of the metal rings.

The purpose of securing the rotary joint housing is to prevent it from rotating synchronously with the spindle, so as long as it can be prevented from making circular rotation, no further constraints, radial or axial forces, should be applied

 


When used on the housing, it will be transmitted through the housing to the bearings and internal rotary seals of the hydraulic rotary joint, forcing the bearings or seals to wear or damage. It is very easy to contaminate when installing the oil pipe

 


Contaminants carried into the oil port. Particles always cause parts prone to sliding friction to wear easily. Due to the small oil film gap in mechanical rotary seals, contaminants can scratch the sliding surface and even damage the mechanical rotary seal

 


The rotary seal is stuck, so maintaining cleanliness is even more important for mechanical rotary seals. The oil seal of the rotary joint is used to seal the rotating spindle, allowing the leaked oil from the rotary seal to be drained through the leakage oil pipe

 


Oil return tank. The pressure resistance of the oil seal is usually not more than 3 bar, so the leakage oil pipe should be designed to allow smooth oil return. During installation, the leakage oil port of the rotary joint must not be blocked. If there is a leakage oil port on the leakage oil pipe

 


The valve must be ensured to be open before the medium is introduced, otherwise the oil seal will inevitably be squeezed out. It is also not allowed to merge the leakage oil pipe into the return oil pipe, as the pressure of the return oil pipe usually exceeds 3 bar. nor
