What are the classifications and characteristics of pressure rotary joints?

The pressure rotary joint can be selected based on the working conditions. The connection method for the transmission medium inlet can be freely chosen according to the working situation, either entering from the side or the rear. The sealing surface and sealing ring are made of special materials, featuring long wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and no leakage. The rotary joint has two bearings inside, ensuring smooth and durable operation. It is strong, flexible, and has a low friction coefficient, allowing it to operate at high speeds

The RF type pressure rotary joint and bearing device operate without vibration on a high-rigidity rotating shaft for extended periods. The shaft undergoes special heat treatment to increase its rigidity. The sealing ring closure is made of a special material, wear-resistant carbon graphite, which is impervious to water and suitable for dry operation. In particular, the size of the rotating sealing surface is minimized, ensuring good balance even under high pressure. The RF type pressure rotary joint uses a bronze sealing ring for use in high-pressure applications up to 200 bar

The RBI-type pressure rotary joint is designed for specific mechanical functions. The sealing part of the fixed ring is made of carbon graphite, which is resistant to wear, impermeable, and suitable for dry operation. Based on our long-term mechanical experience, the sealing part has achieved good balance results

In the RLB/RLF type pressure rotary joints, the coolant is a special labyrinth component that is particularly difficult to use, especially under high-speed conditions, to ensure a leak-tight connection. The two sealing surfaces are made of carbide to ensure long-term operation and wear resistance. The sealing rings are properly balanced to ensure low wear even at high speeds

The RMB/RMF type pressure rotary joint features an open/close function. During the instantaneous connection period when the coolant passes through, it prevents splashes and leaks, ensuring high precision. When the coolant stops flowing, the sealing surface immediately opens to avoid friction, and this function guarantees long service life. Importantly, a labyrinth seal is used to prevent minor liquid backleakage

The two contact surfaces are made of tungsten carbide, which is resistant to wear and mechanical shock. The stainless steel spring used is rust-free, does not hinder rotation, and remains unchanged. The connection direction of the coolant between RMB and RMF is different

The main body of the RHB/RHF pressure rotary joint features grooves on its surface, which aid in heat dissipation during high-speed rotation. It possesses an open/close function. When the coolant passes through the open/close mechanism, the contact surface automatically closes to prevent coolant splashes and leaks. Upon termination of the coolant, the contact surface immediately opens to avoid dry friction, ensuring that the contact surface does not suffer from dry running and subsequent damage during long-term operation. More importantly, it incorporates a labyrinth assembly to prevent splashes and leaks. The two contact surfaces are made of tungsten carbide, which is resistant to wear and mechanical shock. The use of stainless steel springs ensures they do not rust, do not hinder rotation, and remain unchanged. Notably, the coolant connection directions for RHB and RHF are different
